Luntz should tell the truth, the main reason that the country stayed safe, was that Rudy "crossdresser" told all potential terrorists that he would visit them in their cells, have long talks and hold hands while taking warm showers together. No wonder most of the terrorists blew themselves up, or opted to go to Gitmo.
