All these posts are about the Vet side - hence the "pharma" part of the board. But in case anyone is curious, the retail side is just as bad, if not worse... in fact, any part of RC sucks.... beware of any management that has been there more than 2 years..... do yourself a favor and stay away or get out.... Im trying like heck to get out.... just no luck so far.....
 






Thought the sh$t show would never end. Now we give out awards to people who don't hit goals. What an honor. I agree with most the meeting was a farce. Morale moves deeper into the toilet.
 






Totally agree! Everyone at my table couldn't believe a few people that got awards. Maybe those were the Razzy awards??? Morale is at an all time low. Even the PPI people were asking why everyone was down. Resume tune-up week next week.
 






After the joke of a sales meeting why would anyone want to stay here? There are no opportunities to advance as they told us because they've identified who the chosen ones are. Let's face it they are trying to meet a quota and it's criminal when you think about it. Let the mass exodus begin.
