Got the BIO Blues... crappy job, no promotion potential, miserable manager or other gripe? Burned your extra vacation time before the end of the year dreaming of a happier 2022? You're not alone and there's no time better than now to upgrade your situation. Tens of millions are moving up and on (thank you COVID) and you could be next! This thread will share job postings and recruiter contacts for those still at BIOTRONIK looking to make a change. If you know of openings with other companies that might interest those with BIO experience, post them here. In your post, please select from one of these categories to help organize the listings:
  • Sales
  • Sales Operations
  • Marketing
  • Logistics
  • Finance
  • Customer Service
  • Clinical Research
  • Training
  • Quality/Compliance
  • Regulatory
  • Business Operations
You can also post recruiter contacts under the header “Recruiters” and be sure to list the types of positions they typically work on. Hope this thread helps people at BIO looking to make a change.

For anyone interested or qualified BioTel is expanding rapidly. There are a ton of sales, field leadership and clinical service positions currently open with Biotel in many U.S. markets. Base comp for these roles will likely be higher than with Bio and depending on your current commission structure at Bio you may end up well ahead in combined income too. Plus, no call on nights or weekends.

Really bad news in MILWAUKEE.

If Bio finds out who you are you will be sued and potentially end up in jail.
Please enlighten CP readers as to how any of the posts on this thread could end up in a lawsuit or potential jail time for the writers. On what grounds would such a lawsuit be based and how would such an offense rise to the level of criminal activity which would be punishable by jail time? We could all benefit from your legal expertise on these matters!

Oh, and what law school did you graduate from again? I don't think you mentioned that...

Non solicitation for starters

Tortious interference for another

not sure about jail time or other such nonsense, but one does question the motivation here.
Your suggestion that any case could be made for non-solicitation or tortious interference based on the contents of this thread to date shows that you have no clue what you are talking about. The worst that could happen could be that they employee responsible is terminated for cause (subject to the terms of his/her EA, if applicable). Ryan may be thin skinned, paranoid and a tad vindictive, but even he’s not dumb enough to direct his one-and-only remaining corporate counsel to engage in such folly.
