A new year's wish for Ken and Keith. Please do something about the AR managers that will now become DSI. If you want to know how they are perceived by the reps, do a survey or a manager review. In my region several reps are actively interviewing and others are going to start in 2017. Look at who has lost reps in their region. They are not real managers. They are micro-managers and are hated by their teams. Morale is low. We have all heard good things about DSI managers. It's probably because they had actual management training. An anonymous rep survey will tell you everything you need to know. Houston may be the place you could do it. Haven't been here that long and don't want to leave but if nothing changes I along with others will find better management elsewhere. Remember that people don't leave companies, they leave bad managers.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I was in the middle of applying for a new job myself, do your self a favor and leave while you can, the layoffs are coming and I am starting with your ass first! KK
