You have lost the trust, faith, and respect of 90% of the reps in the field. We may give you ok scores on a survey. We may clap at the poa. We may lie to your face and tell you everything is super at the poa. All just playing the game... most of us want what is best for the company, and more importantly our future and the future of our customers and we see you just do not get it.

know that in reality, cutting though the bs It is 180 the opposite. You are laughed at and viewed with disgust. Just know that come Monday night.
 






This is so true. Our frustration stems from us in the field knowing that our physicans want a good coupon program for their patients, from us knowing that patients do appreciate the 50% off savings or 30 day free, and that cost is a big issue. Spin it however you want but this is not a good program and I think deep inside your souls you know it to. We wish we could tell you this but then again we know you don't want to hear it. We care about Shire and as sales reps we know this is not good for the business. We don't care about your biased reasearch, we just know that in the field this will have a negative impact in a big way. I love how research shows that samples help in a big way in getting patients to try products, but then they ignore this same research with the Vyvanse Coupon Program. Will we still go out and sell, of course, but you lost a lot of respect from the field today. Don't ask us for feedback ever again because in the field we asked to continue this current program or use a combo card (some free portion rolled into a cost savings program).
 






Humiliating to know that a sales force relies so heavily on coupons because they have no idea how to sell a good product in the Pharma industry. You should all step back and look at the piece of cake opportunity you have to help support yourselves or your families.... Please! Listen to yourself bitching about COUPONS!

Well then give us something to work with you corporate *ssholes. You aren't in the field and you don't know what we are dealing with. This is Shire's problem as of late. Telling us over and over that we are lucky to have jobs. We have already lost many of our good, tenured reps who got tired of this BS. Plan to lose many more.
