You have lost the trust of even your most loyal employees with the layoff on 6/23. If it was truly a layoff based on performance, these reps should have been individually fired when their poor performance was first detected. It is now clear why Kelly told us about our severance but provided nothing in writing. Wa'el, you are a disappointed and Otsuka should have replaced you years ago. Aneta, keep hiding behind your curtain. Dan, do you know how to get to the home office? Nori, who is Nori? Lisa, you can't kickbox your way out of this one. Employees that are left, demand to see your severance in writing or leave. Just like the reps, they could lay us off us tomorrow and not have to honor the severance they promised, verbally, in our last meeting. Why wait around and hope to be chosen to go to Otsuka? Just talk to anyone that has moved to Otsuka about there experience. They all hate it.
