the heavy lifting in this and any other downsizing is done by Mckinsey & Co. Don't be fooled the ZS guys are just the cheap run arounds; the initial plan and final cuts are all done under the eyes of the Mckinsey team

This is fact. When there is big money and change at hand, McKinsey & Company get the call. They play have played hard ball with the big boys for a long, long time.
