Hello all,

Thank you for being patient as your world crumbles around you. I can't tell you how excited we are to launch Sublocade and ecstatic over it's lukewarm reception! It is a fantastic drug! Unfortunately, the HMO's and managed care disagree, but they aren't stopping our party! We will get to 1000 injections before they completely shut us out. HA!

In the meantime please continue to work two days a week, plan TA events as though somehow your providers will suddenly have interest in this long-dead method and prepare your rectums for your annual 2% increase after being judged harshly from failure to peak providers interest in our now weary PI presentation!

About the time they have all declined to attend, we will begin to pressure you as though we didn't learn before to schedule MORE TA events since we will be releasing new slides. Now we can have your providers decline twice as fast as before! It has been shown that 95% of attendees have written. Unfortunately we don't have the percentage of those same 95% that have been denied, so while the math may not completely add up, just know that writing a script does not equal getting an injection, the measure for which you are evaluated. Know that your ABMs will continue to panic support you.

Please continue to get those denied BI's out and lets see if it all somehow translates to profit!

Love it. Every time I hear that 95% number I just crack up. That number is so off base and clearly something ML pulled out of his ass. It can’t possibly be correct. If ML insists on lying he should atleast have a number that seems reasonable. Bless his dumb little heart

Seriously, everyone knows this is a joke, except for management who lives in unicorn dream world. You better come up with something quick and it better not be busy work. You're about to lose 90% of your sales force, so wake tfu. This is a straight as you're going to get it from your sales force. We don't need micromanagement, busy work and fluff blown up our skirts. We need you to live in the real world and listen to what we have to say about what's going on in the field. This is NOT working.

If anyone in leadership really gave a shit about what cls think they wouldn’t ask if on cafe pharma. They would ask cls and allow them to give honest opinions without the fear of persecution if it doesn’t conicide with their idiotic ideas. They also wouldn’t pick the “tenured” idiots that have long forgotten how to think for themselves. They are sheep but are always the ones conveniently chosen to be the leads. None of those things will happen because leadership really doesn’t care. Not at all

What are you talking about? You were asked for feedback/questions for ML call Friday. The feedback/questions go to your culture CL, he/she complies them & gets them to BD who compiles them for ML. Fairly anonymous. They just want the questions complied - they don’t care who sent them.
Use your voice.
 






I guess you aren’t in the South. If you ask anything not in line with company kool aid, the ABM & BD try and find out who asked the question or dared to voice an opinion that strayed from the allowed thinking. If they figure it out expect at least more intimidation but possibly a PIP. But be sure your thought or idea never makes it to ML.

EXACTLY! I have to admit I read these posts but typically do for entertainment purposes. Sometimes I agree other times I know it’s just shit. But this hits the nail on the head. I’m in the South and have been for a few years. Does anyone really realize how awful these ABMs and BDs are? Mine is such an asshole. Someone suggested the culture route, you do realize that model has been in place for about 5 years from what I know. It DOESNT work. Why do you think the culture keeps deteriorating. Make leadership charges PLEASE

Do you ever wonder why device company’s have no respect for Pharma reps??The check the box, 10 to 2, drop off patient copay cards, just won’t cut it anymore. Stop embarrassing yourself and put in the time and effort to make it happen or find another gig while you are still employed. Pretty simple.

Here’s what we’ve learned:

The Indivior sales force is not as bad as the shitty sales of Sublocade would indicate. There are many factors at play that are outside the control of the sales force that are negatively influencing sales.

The Indivior sales force is not as good as the sales of Suboxone would indicate over the years. There are many factors at play that are outside the control of the sales force that positively influenced sales.

The sales force doesn’t get all the blame for the failure of Sublocade.

...And it sure as hell doesn’t get all the credit for the sales of Soboxone.
