Plus, it's another chance for CBM to sabotage employees when she has them in one place.

Makes it easier to spy on them secretly and manipulate what she "sees and hears" and then use it against them during review time when she has heavy sway on what your review will be and she actively works to lower your review rating.

ok I obviously know who CBM is, but there's a lot of talk about her on here as of late. Has something big happened recently? Sales doesn't always get all the gossip of what goes on in Ft Worth. Should I be concerned if I've never spoken to that person in my career here? Or is that naive and she knows who I am?
