I heard the FBI showed up at the Corp. Office yesterday with court orders to investigate fraud charges. Has anyone else heard anything? Being on the west coast I only hear second hand rumors .
 
























The FBI raided the Corporate offices in Florida, all the Billing Centers, and several locations. It is obviously the start of a large investigation into fraud relating to the companys rogue position on billing for items patients are not using.
 


















I think someone is over exaggerating who and what got raided. FBI agents visited 9 locations and some billing centers, not raid. Nothing was taken out. Orlando was the focus. I heard business as usual today. Small scale as to what happened before.

You're right. Several friendly FBI agents made casual vists to a few Rotech locations, mainly to gossip about Fran and Millie next door, sip tea, and listen to some slow smooth Michael Bolton (give me that jive hook in "Just One Love"). Nothing to see here. Watch me pull a CMN out of my hat! Handcuffs will never hold me; Rotech has trained me in the art of escapology! Wait for it...wait for it...wait for it...Ta-Da...NO EBITDA!!!!

Perhaps you are used to a lifestyle of heavy duty crime so this was no big deal but when the feds show up at a place of business it doesn't matter if there are 2 in suits or the swat team....it signals a HUGE problem! Maybe when they come back for the files they'll meet your expectations of bullet proof vests!
