A good company with poor Operations leadership

Hospira is a good company with the right person at the helm. Mike Ball has the vision, passion and ability.

However the Operations division lead by an incompetent leader is sending the company backwards. There is constant bullying/intimidation and its destroying the fabric of company.

This wasnt always the case, JE was a great leader who helped Mike Ball turn the company around.

Message to Mike, its time you gave this clown the "other" boot and cleansed Hopira of this liability. After all, you have given him a billion dollars and he has swandered it. What project has he delievered on time, Not Vizag, Not Rocky Mount remediation - still major particulate, and all the other existing issues/recalls at all the plants....

Mike should give himself the boot. Things have gotten worse vs. better. Can't be the faults of everyone except Mike. He's the boss, it's HIS watch, and he hasn't turned much around.
Time to cash in his golden parachute and give someone else a chance.
