Thousands of us gone next Wednesday. Sr Leadership, making really bad business decisions resulting in the massive layoffs, staying on in big positions.
Not giving us generosity of longer severance (like other companies, such as Pfizer have done) and saying this is enhanced.
Extension of med and dental, knowing that it does not cost them much as contracts had already been signed.
Accelerator plan concocted knowing shortages were already affecting sales (this amazes me) and then saying we will be fair? Really? How will you know since you will be without computer and the manager in charge is NOT ALLOWED to give you any info? HELLO??!!??Smoke and mirrors, folks. This is the ultimate screw job from a major corporation in this country and there is not a thing we can do. All I can do is take eevrything away from the name Novartis that I can, including all my relatives who are on Novartis meds will be switched to something else. I have no pension here so it won't matter if they do well in the future. Good riddance.
