1. WTF do you have Forecasts when they aren't realistic. The Directors will not accept anything lower than 100%, so why not just say "Reps - here is your super high goals good luck and good selling like all the other robotic leaders everywhere else. Instead you fools take time out of everyone's week to force everyone to keep resubmitting BS Forecasts always adding up to 100%? Someone with a brain please answer why?

2. Why spend Millions on Aspire and only give a few codes out to large accts? Said another way- why not just give a bunch of codes to the reps to give to who they chose instead of chasing unused codes all day not selling or moving product? For the love of the pharma gods please answer this one!

3. Why stand on stage and preach transparency and G doing the right thing for hours, and then leave everyone in the dark regarding TRUE ave Q2 payouts and deserved adjustments. Nobody cares about the handful of people being asked back from Kyth or a 1000 syringe promo for 3 accts nationwide- $$$ pay the people that work hard everyday to sell and move these me too products competing with a purple marketing whale.

4. Why do you NOT have anything in place to push at the end of each qtr? When the IC wispy for point EVERYONE sold up to the last possible minute, now the only Reps that pushed were
the 50% of Toxin reps, 20% of Filler reps, and 17% of Sculptra reps. Actually most people did push pretty hard because managers started rumors of a Q2 adjustment, but now that looks grim so this will NEVER happen again. Way to go IC leaders- Someone please answer what the IC team plans to do to increase sales in month 3 of (q3).

A/C Div Mgt- Just when everyone and their mother thought that things were finally better and goals were actually half attainable and the IC Plan actually helped mgrs kams and reps make somewhat competitive $ for the Aesthetics space you jackasses pull a G and completely screw everyone in Q4. If you truly want reps to sell like this pay per point assholes! Not one rep or mgr is happy with impossible goals, newbies are shitting theirselves and legacy reps are exhausted. Mgt wake up and do the right thing!
