A big F you when you start letting employees go

We all know it is coming. Leadership and the decisions they make are sick. You should all be ashamed of yourself for your poor business decisions. Thanks for promising the world yet delivering nothing. You expect people to pick up the pieces of the mess you made? No chance.
 












I get sick thinking people, including myself, will be soon losing their jobs here. It certainly will happen in the upcoming months. Yes, we all took a risk in coming here but to be fair, I had no idea how many people they were hiring. We are so top heavy, but that isn't the fault of any employee. I have two kids under the age of 10. I'm pretty upset about this and truly now believe this is a heartless company that really doesn't care.

Calm down. They can’t handle the bad press of a layoff. It would contradict their story of this being a long process. They will just make life suck enough for people to leave, stop backfilling, and then realign. Expect crap bonuses until enough people leave.
