Those that should be most worried are senior people whose manager tells them that they have nothing to worry about. Or if they ask you if you have ever considered taking early retirement. Flags, flares, and fireworks should go off all around you.
 




Having just been informed that I am out, let me say.....thank you! AZ is a crapshow right now & things will get a lot worse before they get better. I feel confident that this round is one of several more to come.
You folks on the PCP team better sell the shit out of Bevespi
 
















700 cuts but most of the 700 will be retreaded into other AZ spots . That's why the AZ sales force stinks they never really lay anyone off just put them into the wrong roles like putting a lifelong primary person to sell into the hospitals etc. you hire the best people for jobs not people u r moving around.

There will be a lot of people used to a very cushy job with little supervision or accountability and ridiculously overpaid who will now be unemployed and looking for work. You will never find another gig like this one. So after you stop cleaning up the mess in your pants, you had better get to work because finding any kind of job that pays anywhere close to this one, will be nearly impossible. Oh and your Pharma sales or management experience is actually an albatross around your neck.
 




The only justice here is that Field Management will also be cut. Those yes men and women have had it too good for too long. Bevespi is a dog with fleas. A third to market BID med with no foumulary coverage. Sounds like a winner to me. So those of you who feel safe are fooling yourself. There is a rumor, yes only a rumor, that GSK is actively looking at M&A opportunities. Could the two largest UK pharma companies merge? Hmmmm.
 




I retired a few years ago. Were the people selling Psych (Seroquel IR/XR, etc...)a few years ago let go? Im not familiar with CV/Met? Had a few friends in that group and was just curious...sucks to have this happen this time of year! Thanks.
