You might want to try out the "Boney Wah I" model 1st to see if it meets your needs. Besides giving you a woody, it may also improve your disposition, well being and overall sales ability. You, unfortunately, appear to be a huge loser with a small package.
 












Just saw a posting in my area (Midwest) for this contract. Says needs hospital experience. Any other info yet on this deal? Salary, etc.? I think they must have hired the DMs or at least started that process cause I saw the postings for DMs about 2 weeks ago. Is this a good gig?
 










































Research the company! It may seem like a given but my interviewer seemed impressed by the research I had done. This is not a typical contract gig. Act like you are interviewing with Pacira, not Quintiles. They have very specific launch information online. Then, rehearse answers. They always ask you to walk through your resume. Think of ways to plug in your research.

Each manager received a stack of resumes from the quintiles recruiter. There was something about yours that stood out and got you the interview. They are regional managers and they probably don't know the lay of the land in your specific area. Show them you do!

Next round of interviews is in NJ. Should be complete by the end of Nov. Offers should be out by 12/9. The salary range is broader 60-80 depending on experience.

Unless this product totally flops, I expect the sales force to be rolled over. They are offering stock options after year one. Usually what happens with these small companies is that they either blow up or somebody buys them. In case of the latter, you can make money off the stock.

I thought I heard 1000 after a year. Did you hear anything about the next step? Hiring manager said by the end of Nov. in Jersey. You would think they would let people know either way since there is a holiday coming up.

Drop dead hire date is Dec. 9. They are hiring the "best of the best" hospital reps @ max salary of $80,000 - far below the industry standard. Better look at analyists 2012 projections for sales and the "hope and dream" commission earnings the hiring manager is selling you. Do the math!!!! Poor Pacira!

Agreed! Terrible comission plan. Lowball offers. Tons of work to get it used after formulary approval too. Great drug in theory. Different story in reality. PASS!
