I got an email from regional manager asking if I was interested in interviewing. I had applied on the internal job board.
What is the length of time remaining on this contract? Is it 3 years or is it the last 1 1/2 years on a 3 year contract?

My understanding is that it is 3 years from now, but with contracts nothing is guaranteed.

Heard that 60-70% of newly hired mgrs are herms! Is this true, and what does it mean for the reps' hiring criteria? Do we need to bring photos to the interviews?

Phone screens, recruiting, and f2f all really starting next week.
Base similar to 6371 contract between 54 -59
Car allowance 650
gas card
bonus structure est about same as 6371 about 5k per quarter target.
Project starts May 4th (i believe) 2 weeks home study, one week training in san diego, then one 3.5 day in a national meeting, start in field May 31st.

F2F - will consist of a role play - they will send you sales materials ahead of time.

1 drug - gout med
