We cut customer facing roles in the field to create 60!!! new "operations" roles being led by Kate R's "mini me".

These operation roles are to help support the "ecosystem" because the whole structure is such a big mess. FIX THE STRUCTURE. DO NOT just add more head count. PLEASE!!

I thought this was a joke and it was just confirmed as true. THIS ADDING ON PEOPLE IS WHAT GOT US INTO THE MESS BEFORE!!!

That is all this is folks. Power hungry corporate greed. Let us never forget how this company treated people. I hope customers see through it.
 






As we all know by now the real talent left long ago or is currently seeking employment elsewhere. Many of the ecosystem chosen few are among them...they're not stupid. So, in the end, drones will be doing the bidding of people who care nothing for the organization, just themselves. Tragic.
 






This like a corporate takeover from private equity. It is about trimming the fat and selling at profit or selling off less profitable division when they are right sized. The new operation roles are just a temporary gigs for now. This right sizing will reappear in another 2-3 years.

I am in the Pioneers rollout and I was sick to my stomach when I heard this.

I am watching talented and exceptional colleagues get turned down for field jobs because there are not enough. Instead we are hiring home office operations roles. To help coordinate and plan. When I brought this up to leadership I was told to not challenge the "mindset".

I need a job and I am here. But I am honestly that say when it comes to these roles - we have lost our minds.

Great post. Just take a look at all the leadership our little Katie pushed out so far. They all have testicles and spine to challenge her little cute tea parties. The ones she is keeping are her lap dogs and kiss ass bozos with their noses so far up in her you know what. This company is now flooded with these little post-it-note Kool Aid parties for projects that have nothing to do with science, customers or patients. It is like someone who just want to reinvent something for the shake of reinventing. No clues, no plans , no objectives! I have never seen so many lost people in one spot. When their "invention" is not working, they just keep patching it with duct tape, or post-it-notes. It is almost comical if good people were not losing their jobs over our princesses' horrible ideas and judgement. I have no intention or chance to stick around for the finale. This is an epic train wreck in progress. It is embarrassing to tell people what we are trying to do if you can even tell what it is. I will get my last check and find a place where they actually want to do business. Good luck fellows! This company is officially done.

All ROMs, Field Operations, ROCs, etc are all being eliminated across the company. These new “operations”
Jobs are nothing more than glorified admin for the HEDs and Region VPs. Mini Me doesn’t think anyone in the field can do their own analytics on sales data, so only FAO will be allowed to do it. Funny since there minimal operations experience in the actual Work Product Team, it’s just more people either included in their non-BioOnc social circle, or some connected to it by one degree...

the entire thing is a farce...good luck actually getting support for anything, anyone with real operations experience is either gone or being forced out...
 






and FAO is horrible with data. They hire consultants to build garbage and they dont even try to support that garbage, they just build more garbage.

hey ever notice how access solutions was moved into gbo. Remember when access solutions got their act together for a couple of years but the lifer low level management pushed out the best people who were fixing the organization, senior leadership changed to DA and it got all bloated again.
