Plus lets include the the 130 reps Astellas has out there and growing. This company is turning into a disaster. We have lost all the good people inside and I'm sure we will have turn over in the out here in the field. We are hiring internal people with no oncology experience inside. I've never heard of that at a oncology biotech company. Time to polish up the resume.
 






Did they really think this out before they made this decision? Do they value the input from specialists hitting the pavement day in and day out? Do they realize how big these territories look? I am still stuck on the floor and can't get up since I dropped the phone during the conference call. I need a warm blanket from the shock. From what I understand my opinion is not alone!
 






You are definitely not alone. This is people making decisions that have no experience and DH has no clue how to run a sales force and JL just kiss his ass to stay alive. He's the reason so many good people have left because he couldn't do what's right and fire NC when she should have been gone months ago. We have no leadership and my boss is afraid to speak up because they don't want to get fired. What a shit show of an organization. Big disappointment coming here.
 






Crazy comment - NC is not the problem.....be glad you have a strong female in a mgt role with lots of experience.....she and MA on the EAST may have issues but who doesn't including YOU!
