Here I go, I have looked into my crystal ball and here are my projections

1. JD takes over Conmed from a Utica standpoint (Since he will be over DM and hates his guts, he will likely fire him and SM.

2. Conned will be broken up. Altrus will go to Endo Surgery since they are more clinical. Their will be a new division that will sell 5000's and Linvatech towers. ES Reps will sell all the leftovers.

3. SM will write up 25 ES reps by the en of 2011 for lack of selling the Altrus. This is to facilitate a goal of firing 20 reps by the en of January! This will allow SM to show the execs that he doing something about the situation and will also buy him some more time.

4. Altrus projections for 2011 were $10 million, than lowered to $5 million, than 1, and te final number will be around $700,000!
The quota for next year will be over $200,000 per rep which is 3 times what the top rep sold in 2011.

5. MH departure at the en of the year allows SM to control sales and marketing together. This should give more money to create the two new field director positions. My question is, with those two new positions, why do you need a VP middle man? Can't two guys report to one guy vs 2 guys reporting to 1 guy who reports to one guy?

At $200K per rep you're projecting $8M in Altrus sales for 2012. Corasanti in a past investor interview said at $10M in sales Altrus product line would not be profitable. He insinuated that $10M a pipe dream year one. I just don't see 40 reps having that type of impact in a market dominated by Covidien, Gyrus/Olympus and JnJ. No way.
