~34 reps, 1 RBM, no backfills on many open positions

Most teams appear to have lost 1-2 reps on the LTC side. RBM let go was TW, LTC for a region in the Midwest. Guess we can finally put to bed all of the "everything is going to be fine" bs.

Did KP have a slide with the 2 months for every year if you’re severed, max 18 months. Someone needs to circulate that and I smell a lawsuit!!!! Complete BS as to the rationale of who was “cut”.

To see the good people with great #'s gone, tells you all you need to know. What the salaries started at they just hired? Half of what all were let go? Well save money, no experience reps will error but they won't know until Compliance writes them up. Really have to wonder how 1 persons Ballon retirement can justify the families PAIN he created.. PLUS MULTI MILLION CIVIL SUIT. Shameful!
