50% won't make goal in BHBU

An SM communication came out when they announced the changes to our comp plan and it estimated 50% of BHBU won't make S2 Goals....

I think only 2 people in my district are going to be even close to making goal....

How long can they afford to keep us all?

And the other 50% will make goal. I hope the company Prolia goal will be met. Amgen should lay off soon. I don't know why it is taking so long for Amgen to get to it. Cut sales force and expand territories.

Its true, we will be downsizing the IBU and having the BHBU reps make the calls.
