$50 Third Tier Bystolic copay

At least yours is not two step edits with a prior auth and then $50 like in MA and NY Blue Cross Blue Shield. Oh yeah, and the plans want an ACE failure before trying a beta blocker. Consider yourself a lucky man.

LOL 50$ is cheap... It's all how you sell it. If you believe thats a lot of money then you will come across that it is a lot of money. Reality is that it ain't bad its cheap! Don't buy into the managed care hype.

Have you heard Johnny's success story on voicemail...he really got that Dr. Johnson thinking about all the benefits Bystolic offers over 15 others and 3 old reliables however he will write it for the next patient type you offered up. 2 failures then straight to Bystolic, no ARB.

It is awesome to see the Forest Reps piss and moan about selling Bistolic this is the type of drug that seperates the men from the boys when it comes to moving market share. My four year old could sell Lexapro and Namenda. Trust me, I have also been in both spots selling and easy drug or a sample drop and also trying to move a me to with no manage care coverage but it is still funny to watch people who thought they were sales people piss and moan good luck and welcome to the real world of sales.

This is inregarless... its a great drug so how im position it is to use with benicar becuase if u use coreqs with an arb you can have drug to drug interactions just like with altenolol. Docs been telling me they never knew about it - been working great out in the field so ive just been putting my samples in the coreq bins to help the docs remember. also i dump the coreq samples in the trash too but shhh dont tell nobody lol!

Oh, good god. Hey, 6 and 7, stop whatever your doing right this moment and get your ass back into a classroom to re-take English Comp.! I got a fucking headache trying to decipher all of the alleged "English" you used in your posts. Bad grammar, misspellings (intentional or otherwise), run-on sentences...jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezus.

What I just do when a doctor tells me that is $50 is that well if you don't write it then you only get pizza for lunch and no more speaker talks. Then they write it.

I know--haha #6 and #7 must be managers! Have you ever tried to read your managers e-mails without spitting out your coffee? I think they were hired straight off of the short bus.

Unfortunately this is the most spot on way to sell drugs in today's market. You get doctors on board who are willing and do damage control everywhere else. Get the others to "save their patients money," and go to Wal-mart that way your script volume percentage goes up. Do not believe me? I had the highest growth in Lexapro sales this way. Hope this helps to those struggling with growing market share. Now that Benicar is gone it should not hurt your partners.

To the poster who's 4 year old could sell Lexapro, I have no doubt they could do it, but could they grow market share and not overall script volume against 6 or 7 other 5$ drugs, I can't remember how many generics there were when I "sold" this drug (aka speaker fees/ buying scripts.) Lexapro is a great drug, no doubt, the problems is other drugs "work" too.

I mite have accidentaly took a bystolic. I was going to show the doc the pill and I was prying the bottle open with a pen and it gave way and all the samples flew out and I think one went down my throat. I looked everwhere for the last missing pill and never found it but my throat hurt. Anyone know if that is bad or should i be ok?

For all those haters that think Bystolic is not the BEST Beta Blocker, well you have another thing coming at you. Be careful not to be downsized with those bigger Pharma companies. Forest has never had that problem.........

This post is funny on a few counts. First of all, the type of drug has nothing to do with how well you sell something. Everything has to do with coverage. Fact: Boston division was dead last in Savella in 2010 with no coverage and double step edits on Medicaid and BCBS. 2011 it goes Tier 2 on all plans. 6 months later the division goes from dead last to #1. Before 2010 we couldn’t sell worth a lick. Then June of 2011 we only had success because of MC. I love people who have two sides of a mouth.

Secondly, this is not a real sales job. Wake the Fu@% up. It never has been. You are not accountable to a real quarterly quota. No one at Forest knows what a real sales job is because they don't have the balls to actually step up to a real sales job. But keep fooling yourself…and making people laugh with your delusions!! It inspires me to go take a handful of mushrooms so I can bring myself to understanding those delusions!

Welcome to the delusional club! Your generalizations and conclusions reveal you are merely one of us. You just can't help yourself can you? You had to say you went to #1? How's it going now? Yes, it has to do with managed care. How about the inaccuracy of the reporting data and the ridiculous subjective evaluations? Yep, I agree, anyone who thinks they are "getting it done" is delusional. What is not delusional is collecting a FAT paycheck if you've been here long enough to rake in 10-15% raises over the years. We are not fooling ourselves. Jobs that pay this much are not easy to find for holders of bachelor's degrees with no real skill. Feel free to let those of us who can sell where these "real" sales jobs that pay over 100k with these benefits are.

Now the bullshit really starts...we've been told to detail Bistolic just like it has the same indications and outcomes of an Inderal or Tenormin with no proof whatsoever that it does anything! Forest has always had POS drugs and sells anything with any lie that a doc wants to hear! Look at how many fines we've had to pay for mislabeling, misdetailing and just plain lying about our products! Now we're told to tell the docs that we are proven just like all other beta blockers..wow..here we go with another $200MM fine and more handslapping! The legacy of Forest will be just like the snake oil salesmen in the old west...we don't know what's in it but have a bottle anyway!

I love "Bistolic"

We're told to tell all customers that we have all the cardioprotection for Bistolic proven that any of the other betablockers have! When I read our circular I thought that this was bullshit and questioned my manager about saying this when there was a clear disclaimer that we had no such proof although the betablocker class is thought to because of its blood pressure lowering efficacy! My manager told me to "say it the way we tell you or go find another job"! He then said that it was marketing that told us what to say and we'd better say it in a convincing manner or get 'your resume' in shape...so much for morals and the FDA..here we go again...this sounds like Celexa all over again!

Any data other than a few studies that havent been pulled yet! what a joke. Sell this study but only talk about paragraph 1, 10 , 15 etc. oh, now you cant use that study that was so impactful. what a bunch of smoke and mirrors! The company is so sketchy! why not sign on with Pharma??
