My advice is to ask your manager. Upon asking, tell your manager that you sought some answers here on CP, but responses to your questions were not forthcoming.

The Fat Cats will blame the weather and tell you to hang in there. They will tell you things will bounce back next month. Meanwhile the pay was not effected. Let them work their 12 hour days. I will give them 4 hours 3 days a week. If they don't pay it's time to play.......EFff Em
