Here's a question for you snowflake. Whatta ya gonna do when NBU gets decimated and while you're wondering about 465 the closeout vendor is looking for your computer and car keys? If I were you, and thank God I'm not, I'd be more concerned about how the NBU is being screwed out of bonus money and basically being pushed to the back burner and eventually off the stove!

Again, I'd do what we all would do, look for another job. I simply wanted to know the answer to a question without your rhetoric, understand? I wasn't asking for the state of the Union on Shire or if you believe perry. I didn't say I was optimistic or anything at all. Just a question as to forecast and patent. Seems you can't handle that. You must rush to inform me of the NBU demise and other things. One thing I promise you is that if I could find out who you are if beat you to death. So what exactly will you do with the information you asked for? Will knowing the forecast change what you do today, tommorrow, next month??? Furthermore, any forecast you get won't mean shit! Look at Xiidra's forecast!!!! So if getting some fart in the wind number is so important to you, how does $130 million sound? The bigger question is what will be the contract strategy and how will we gain access with payers? If it's anything like Xiidra, then any forecast number you get won't matter because it'll be unattainable.

Here are some facts: The latest expiring patents in the Orange Book for 465 expire in 2030. Generic drug makers may be able to challenge the patents or design around them. But given the difficulty proving bio equivalence to a multi-stage release form as with Concerta, AXR, etc, it may be a high bar. That means a logical person might guess that the product won't face competition until the mid-2020's at worst, and possibly post-2030.

As for what projections are...I'd just say that anyone who has taken both Vyvanse and AXR+IR likes the latter much better. It feels different/better. I don't see why 465 couldn't cannibalize a fair amount of Vyvanse and give the whole franchise more patent life.
