He’s actually correct. I just looked at my fidelity contribution history and it’s not there. I know for a fat the 2% was on the back end. Contemplating what to do.

Funny I usually ignore these posts but given the environment I’m thinking of contacting HR, so if I get laid off I’ll stipulate that as the reason I was terminated was discrimination do to the inquiry
 












You have the right to ask your plan administrator for the latest 5500 form and log a complaint. They have 30 days to respond. After 30 days the damages awarded to you will be 100 per day until issue is fixed.

Look at your 401k statement. If you don't know what your benefits are then too bad for you. Whether it becomes a class-action is yet to be determined but the fact is ... it's not there dipshit.
 
























If this is true I can almost guarantee that leadership will just say “ oh we are so sorry, but I his was not our fault, this was a computer clitch” kinda like our bonus checks that got delayed last year.
 






Be patient. The Benefits guide says, “The contribution will be made to your account in the first quarter of the year following the plan year end.” Q1 isn’t over until Mar 31.
