Who tf wants 40 models, JOE? Way to drive sales with 2 hours to go.

How bout you look at the comp plan and realize there's a BIG FAT INCENTIVE to sandbag? I swear, a group of kindergardeners could run this company better.
 








yeah, 3 o'clock on a Friday, I'm calling all my surgeons on their cell phones and telling them how f'ing desperate we are for some sales and please buy this ridiculous last minute hail mary that doesnt even make any sense.

And they told me to go f myself

Or maybe I didn't call them at all, because I'll be damned if I'm EVER going to look that desperate in front of my customers. GTH Raddman. Not to mention I quit trying last week and left for the beach house 6 days ago aamof .

Why is no one mentioning the flash promos that ended a week before the quarter. Who's dumbass strategy was THAT?!

So much housecleaning that needs to take place - Deaver, Raddman, Lazara, house of Swain, and that dc Gomez

Did they ask you to go out and ask to look at surgical kits of all your accounts? Basically, see what's missing or rusted and order on the customer behalf without asking??? That one is always a classic. Meanwhile, the missing pieces were not missing, rather they were sterilized separately. Walla, fedEx delivers and the doc is wondering who or why $2K in drills/hand drivers were ordered. $2K X 10 accounts comes to $20K x 10 reps is a quick cool $200K to help ol' Radman make his number, meanwhile the reps get egged by their accounts.
