Well 40 FTE's got the axe this week in ADME research but your welcome to move yourself and your family to New York if you want to work for the FIPNET Company taking your job. Say goodbye to your retirement and health benefits you worked for if you only have 76 points and were 2 years shy of 80 points. Lilly should be sued and ashamed of its continued discrimination of it’s older 50 + employees. I have herd way to many stories of people a few points shy of retirement getting screwed. They should let these folks leave with there heads held high and there retirement and benefits they worked for from a quarter century of busting ass for them all these years.

It's unAmerican. Which side was it the Colonel was on during the Civil War? Sometimes,
I wonder. Sometimes, seems like the South. John, Mitch, and Gov. Walker all would have been Southerners if the c.w. was to be conducted today.

Get over the greed of money...explorer the beautiful world...atleast once
Look out there are possibilities that you never thought existed in the corporatedom.
They lie, cheat, enslave, and forefeit your morals so that the pyramid apex makes the money while leaving the art of lying to you.

Take an unscheduled leave of absence -- like in the heavy midst of workload. Go hiking the Southern Alps, or even the Appalachian ranges. Explore your inner needs - not the corporate's fucking project summary.

Make new friends who are in similar situation as you are. Get a legal documentation, make a firm..and use your art of lying to sell it to corporatedom.

May be learn Chinese, or any of the 1027 spoken languages of the world, other than English. You will be amazed if you take your thoughts into action.. Yes it will be fuckingly god damn hard...but it will be better in one or two years than current situation. Just my take. ..lexi

Yes very true. I would say my happiest moments were in places other than the States. And even in "First World" countries I was only spending $25/day to survive and be happy

I tried working outside the states once, but I couldn't find anyone outside the US that was gullible enough to believe FIPNET and pay me $20 million a year to implement it.

All of those 'critical bridging studies'; all of those 'must have the report by noon thursday for the governance committee review document'; all of those 'could you just squeeze this one more in'. I think you have their answer now.... whatever you do, DONT take vacation; take 'mental health days'. And remember, in every way, given any opportunity, DO UNTO THEM WHAT THEY HAVE DONE UNTO YOU......make the DREAM REAL...
 


















Be sure to warn all of the prospective FDEs... else, they won't know what they are getting into ... it's so sad, why not end the suffering? Shutter the doors to the pearlescent kingdom of the child king.
 


















Pay more attention. The company is opening a lab in Indy and will hire all the people (lilly and contractors) plus additional people. Severence and a job with benefits and no Lilly "governance".
