Works similar at a corporate level. Use the money against higher tax base this year as a write off vs. lower tax rate in 18'.

Emails did go out about two weeks ago by your EBDs. I received mine, but then my EBD is one of the few good ones. You guys always bitch about something. Cry about the 3Q payout in Jan and now Dec. you will always cry about something.

Sometimes the decisions made at the top can benefit AZ and employees. But make no mistake, there has to be a clear, tangible reason for it to benefit AZ first, before it trickles dow to the employees.

It is funny as shit to see all of the liberal assholes who claim that everyone needs to pay their fair share of taxes now lining up to pay their 2018 state and local taxes in advance so they can deduct them in 2017. Here is a real solution if you live in CA,ILL, Mass, N.Y. , or any other out of control liberal states, fucking move somewhere else. Rumor has it all Republican run counties were able to hand the increase in traffic to pay taxes. Democratic counties, not so much. They want to continue to make it painful for those loyal to them.

I was hoping that Rosie O. and the rest of her America hating Hollywood friends would keep their pledge and move to Canada if Trump won. We need a lot less hate in 2018. What the news media and Hollywood is doing is hurtful to this country. You can disagree with policy but it has crossed the line into disrespect and undermining our success and security. I can't imagine how the parents of someone killed by an illegal feels when they hear the Mayor of Chicago and New York criticizing their own police depts. and the Feds for trying to enforce our immigration laws.
