How many more 3M people are coming our way
Florida is full of them. Just hired another for agency. Do any of the 3M people hired for agency know anything about that business
3M, I mean KM taking care of their own. Legacy MiMedx needs to watch out.
 












They need to acquire MiMedx. Osiris has been able to leverage so much through S&N and their wound center business is taking off because of it. Better contracts, better pricing, etc.. If MiMedx was smart they would sell and sell quickly to remain competitive in a commodity market that is getting more saturated by the day....

This post just set back the human race and we are all now dumber for reading it.

I could see big pharma selling off wound business for discount. They don't want it & too many mom & pops showing up at clinics.

Kim is anything but a 3Mer. She will not bring the 3M culture to MiMedx. 3M is losing so many quality people these days. Michael D. and his brother, Derek H., have no idea how to run a medical device company. The hope is that Kim is turning MiMedx more like KCI. More former KCI people would follow Kim if Michael hadn't threatened Kim with lawsuits for taking all the good people.

3M couldn’t get rid of Kim fast enough. Her toxic leadership style was identified quickly and heard she was immediately put on a performance plan. Rohit from KCI only one that would take her.

Amen to the sinking ship! Spoke to a few reps who are leaving and were given the legal green light on non-compete. It is sad to see because the the products heal injuries and wounds. The upper level management is a circus of tards! Good luck picking up the pieces.
