A long time ago in pharma land, two ambitious lads went to King Stacks castle on a Saturday to tattle on the VP of Sales. Mr. Sluby was the VP of the land, however, two ambitious men with no talent wanted to see Mr. Sluby sacked. So Peter & Glen drove up to King Stacks Castle and told horrific tales of what a bad man he was and how he was not fit for such a great position. Sales were down and the sales villagers were unhappy with their pay and compensation plan that had not been approved even though it was June.
So that following Monday, Mr. Sluby showed up for work and was handed a box to collect his things and never to return to the pacira kingdom. What followed was a new VP of Sales, Peter Murphy and Area Director Glen Reiser marking what is know in pacira history as the "Age of the Incompetent Moran." More moran's would follow Vaughn the Stupid Ass, Branden the Felon, Malisa of No Experience and Nichole the Clueless and many others.
The moral of the story, if you can not get promoted on your own merit and skill set, get your boss fired and take their job. Have to end storytime, my nail appointment is starting. Ta,Ta

I love my RD, he is a drunk and he writes all his booz off on his expense report. He flys in on a Monday night we work a day, he stays and visits his girlfriend for a few nights and fly's back on Thursday. One night our bar bill was over $250.00 for the two of us and he asked me to put a couple reps that were not present on my expense report. Sound familiar! I am not complaining, just bragging I guess-

The Sluby coup was cooked up by McLoughlin, Murphy, and Reiser. They were terrified of Reshma. Badgered by Melissa. Yes, Murphy and Reiser drove to Stack's home on a Saturday and the only African-American in leadership was gone. Diversity, not one of Pacira's strong suits. Denny was relieved to move out of his DPS liaison and into Chief Customer Officer role, Murphy became VP of Sales, and Reiser, an underachieving RD, failed IDN Manager, and PixarBio minion of Frank Reynolds (sentanced to 7 years in prison in 2020 for defrauding investors) backfilled Murphy as East AD.

Schouten, "Mr. I played D1 basketball averaging 1 ppg", has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to ingratiate/grovel/brown-nose Stack. As you all have seen at meetings, his ability to speak on stage is abysmal. His boy, Brandon, was an ill-advised choice for RD. Espeically after his second A&B conviction. Noble is still around, even after relieving himslef in front of a KOL after a speaker program. Nicole was promoted after numerous advances in Las Vegas. And, who can forget his showing up at a regional meeting hammered and in golf attire stating, "Sorry I was in a meeting and didin't have time to change."

Chaos, pure chaos.
 






Good ole Glenn is in the best position he’ll ever have in his life. You would think after consistency being overlooked for VP that he’d find somewhere else to waste his time! Everything about this company is terrible!

GR was accused of corporate “espionage” by Frank Reynolds. Google Reynolds, his online statement is a riot to read. It clearly exposes GR misrepresentation of how is position and responsibilities at Pacira.

Next meeting watch GR follow Stack like a new puppy. It’s embarrassing.

First, we know Vaughn or Glenn do not post because the Thread Verification is too difficult:

Noble could not make it at NuVasive (the hottest spine company around) apparently he was on probation because he missed his quota every year, just like when he was a rep for pacira. The guy is smart, however, he has a sad drinking problem and is a world class ass hole.
Brandon "BC" (I guess he had a hard time saying his first name) reminded me of Jethro from the Beverly Hillbillies. Ok, Jethro was a little more polished however, who ever thought that promoting a 6' 6" monster with an IQ hovering around 80 must of had an IQ of 81.
Lets see, Vaughn, Nichole, Lance, Glen and many more never made quota before they were promoted, how did this happen??? Oh that's right, we have no standards.
Let's talk stock, I believe my jr high kids could produce a better return than Stack- In 2014 the stock was over $120, how do you screw something like that up and are still the CEO???

I blame HR for the return of Glen- Bottom line, we have a very low bar and we take all the losers.
