I wish someone had an idea! Feb sounds more accurate to me. Doesn't the US run seperate from Japan? Why would we follow their fiscal year when we have our own? Feb, Oct, whatever... If home office is smart they would let it leak, and the ones half out the door will leave and the ones drinking the kool aid will step it up to protect their jobs. It's a easy way to clean house without a severance. Not that they really give out much of one anyway!

I agree. There has been a real flurry of PIPs (just like last year) and so I suspect any layoffs will be handled in the same manner as last year. I do not know if there will be layoffs but I do not see how it can be avoided given the disappoinment with effient and sprix.

You are right, I will be shocked if many diretors are let go. The AD and Rds in the Midwest will survive to simply continue making life miserable for everyone who is left.
 


















Thanks for sharing that...your boss may or may not know anything but it's still nice to hear what they think. My manager would never share even something as simple as a quick comment like look out!

You can expect managers and directors to lie as necessary to trim the ranks as they see fit. There is no oversight. Don't settle for lies on FCRs or reviews. Document everything and take your case to HR if you are getting this kind of treatment. Don't trust sales management to do the right thing. They will only cover their ass. In the mean time, find a better place to work. I think after Joe P retirement, the company will never be the same. If things are going well for you... you are fortunate - it is still a good time to get out (on top).
