2S Objectives

Based on my 2S PPO Objectives a few questions come to mind:
1. Do they not want to pay anyone bonus ever again?
2. Have the DCO's/Regional Dir. forgot that reps need achievable incentive to be motivated?
3. Do our spineless CTL's every speak up on our behalf?
4. Or are they just freaking out of their minds?
5% growth on an 11 year old product, that is actually still growing, in the face of numerous competitors and countless reps. Is crazy. Especially when most did not meet 1 S goals.
150% on a vaccine that has a new comp.
W better efficacy. WOW!!!!

If you can't produce then you will be joining the unemployment line. A bonus is not necessary for productivity and most of you slugs deserve termination not employment!

1.No they do not. They also do not want to pay severance if they can help it. The more people they get to leave now the more money they save when they optimize.
2. This is strategic and not their call. Think higher.
3. CTLs have no say. They just have slightly larger salaries, way bigger geographies, official office days, babies to deal with and no decision power.
4. Cuts are coming to save money. Increasing objectives to unrealistic levels saves on bonus payouts and also motivates some to leave which saves on the number of severance packages given. They are so short sighted they do not realize all this will result in the loss of their best reps. The smartest reps see the writing on the wall and those in that group who can produce will be the ones to leave because they can. They think a rep is a rep. To them it is all a financial statements game. Neither patients nor people matter. $$$
