We had a meeting a couple of weeks back and we talked about a rollover of the quintiles team into TherRx. The big driver was the fact that we have almost 28% turnover. No surprise because Divis and Gedeke don't know what they are doing. There will be no rollover. We can't afford any such thing. Even the Quintiles people don't want to work with us. Keep looking for a new job because this place is a house of cards. This info is all true I was in the meeting.
 






This is true. The problem is Divis does not know what is goin on in the field with the reps. He gets his info from Jiim "its all about execution" Spagnola and Jackie "I do nothing" Hodges. Divis needs to reach out to reps to get a true sense of whats going on.
 






Divis is AWOL on the field and maybe other things too. Previous poster is right Jackie and Jimmy are nowhere to be found and they have no idea what is happening out here. This place is a stepping stone to find something else. The Therrx turnover ratio is probably hurting the overall turnover rate at quintiles. Quintiles is laughing all the way to the bank.
 






Got a notification of a Quintile opening with Ther-Rx. Did not even apply. I was there for 5 GOOD years before the major layoff. Scott Getaclue was there doing exactly the same thing he has always done, stealing other peoples ideas and claiming them as his own. I see no future there anymore. I wish all of you good luck.
 






Attention Greg!! If you want to know why reps/managers are leaving stop asking your ASD's and select managers for feedback because They are just giving you lip service. Try reaching out to reps and all managers and get an accurate assessment.
