2022 Covid threatening.....

I got Covid after Kowa suggested we start going into urgent cares in our territories to sell Seglentis since most of my docs are in hospital groups that don't see reps.
Fast forward and I just got diagnosed with Covid. Manager lets me know that I only have 2 sick days to use, although my doc recommended 8-14 days for me to recover from my symptoms + not be contagious.
I will have to take unpaid leave for the remainder of my time off work as I still have a fever and all symptoms. How cheap can this company get?? Seglentis is gonna tank no matter what- I have never seen a drug suck worse than this. Anyway...hopefully my Biogen or Pfizer interviews go well in the coming weeks and I can leave this shithole of a company. PRO TIP- care about your employees health instead of threatening them and they will stay!!!
 
















You should bypass your manager and go directly to HR. You should be covered under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. I know a few managers that tried to get their employees to use their PTO instead of sick leave when they fell ill with Coronavirus. In both cases, they sent an email to Debra and bypassed their DM and got the full two weeks off that way. Good luck
