The goals seem to ignore the reality. The world is focused on saving lives. Setting unrealistic goals and entire workforce not even sniffing the goal is not good for all

hopefully it’s not me I love a paycheck and no work involved so much fun... and even when it’s open again if ever no one wants to sign my crusty iPad...they won’t let me in even to just pass my iPad back (which I spend 90 percent of the time doing anyway) am I an essential worker I ponder that daily glad I collected a ton of money to retire with that’s how I sleep at night...

So the organization changes but the bonus structure doesn’t. Totally screwed up!!!! Why not make all the changes at the same time??? Another dumb move from our clueless leaders.
I am working harder and smarter than ever before and extremely stressed out because though my numbers say I am doing quite well in the circumstances, the bonus dollars I will receive show I am doing awful. Why bother?
Because your base is higher than your competitors and your numbers will pick up. It's temporary.
That is both not true it is something stupid that senior level management says. We are severely underpaid with base salary compared to others. Just because you say it does mean it’s true lol....over drinking the kool aid
Bonus money has always been a motivating factor but no one is excited about the bonus now that they are no more than bread crumbs.
How are people going to be rewarded for performance? Current targets in covid environment are demotivating.
Hate working with snitches and backstabbers and I most definitely hate hate hate not making any money...
