When the OIG investigates your computer/emails/hub and realizes you’ve been filling out, faxing in referrals and providing LMN you’ll be fired, fined and potentially going to jail. Or maybe the OIG asks your drs about the unproven efficacy claims you’re making, same results. Mnk won’t back you, they prove that by sending you out to sell a drug with no evidence. Ignorance won’t save you either. Maybe then you’ll realize why you should leave. Until then get back to the dirtiest darkest corner of the Pharma industry and don’t speak up again.

...And if you’re NOT filling out forms, f*****g doctors, providing LMNs, etc., yet you still manage to exceed goals in a high volume territory by helping doctors to
find appropriate patients... what’s the excuse then? No KOLs, no speakers getting paid, nothing non-compliant. NOTHING. just doctors and MAs finding patients who have disease activity despite their current therapy.

So then what? Am I going to jail now smart ass?

What evidence(safety and efficacy) do you have to show that Acthar works treats quells reduces calms benefits “patients who have disease activity despite their current therapy”? What data do you have to show Acthar is safe combined with current therapy? Other than you guessing, How should titrations be handled? Side effects with current therapy? Do all your customers know the price $840,000/year upfront? Or is that something you justify slithering around too to earn your “executive” money? At some point, you are misleading or committing a violation taking Acthar from start to finish, you likely don’t realize, or you aren’t really a rep. But I’m glad you are happy and comfy doing so. Congrats, enjoy the money!
Bottom line, there wouldn’t be story to tell about Acthar if proper evidence (JAMA) and not price gouging (100M fine). Unfortunately, when most people with a conscience* hear the Acthar story they are enraged and disgusted. Now please, scurry back to your dark corner of the industry.
 






You must be from a different TA than me. Your ignorance, and self deposition is lacking at the very most. I am in rhum and we have some data to show efficacy and data. You have no idea what in the hell your talking about. The claims are made straight from the approved pieces. Second in rhum offices they have a system in place for reimbursement. You don’t ever touch the form , mess with LMNs . They are very familiar with how to get biologics covered. You must be in one of those small ass TAs while OUR team brings in the revenue. you sir or mam sit on your lazy ass and bitch how life isn’t fair. You should be thinking rhum and myself for providing your sorry ass a salary.

I must be ignorant like the drs in JAMA and the FTC was way off base but mnk still paid $100M. Why is mnk so hated then? All shorts?Don’t think so. Congrats on your wild success sir or ma’am! Maybe you can share your success story (making more than most executives) with members of Congress. They love hearing about this. HUGE payouts for selling this stuff!!!
