Still missing the number by a lot and there isn’t the reality of hitting hit by year end. Who is out there?
Blame the troops? We’ve increased the salfeforce dramatically while duplicating efforts with docs and accounts. Sell more with “new users”. What a joke and disconnect with fixed and reduced pricing. Upper/Management needs to own this mess. There’s 5 people now doing the same thing with less sales to show for it. There nothing good about what’s happening or just happened.

Just not a good place to work. Management will get a quota reduction don’t worry about that. They will be ok. No vacations in December! Micro management does not work. And do not trust Hr.
 






HR is only there to work with legal to make sure they can fire you. If you have a worthless manager that knows nothing then you’re screwed. Especially, if they are reading a spreadsheet only and blaming your performance. How can you score when the other team is on the field. It’s not the spreadsheet, it’s the playbook that’s bad here. Same volitlity, just different cast.
