No rear wheel drive vehicles. Too many hybrids. Will not mix internal combustion engines with highly toxic batteries. I would enjoy a Camry, if it had a real motor, not some BS hybrid.
The batteries they use in the Hybrids are more toxic than Plutonium. Surprised they can be sold in California, with the toxic law.

And we will give the green reps a huffy to ride to work. I'm surprised the green reps don't get the specialty reps used vehicles. Lol.
Glad I'm not a green rep

watch out, soon you will be all called "primary care sales force /BHIBU (bone health inflammation business unit).
more news to come at the January meeting.
Eliminating 150-185 positions across both bu's

Re: newsflash

Ummmmmm srsly doubt IBU is being merged with whichever. Significant market domination, big revenue maker + strong pipeline products. Er?

you are so smart, bigger companies (ibu) never merge with smaller companies (bhbu). What do you think we should call it ? The IBU is going to TAKEOVER the BHBU.

It is about time. IBU should overlap with the existing BHBU. Get rid of all the greens, nonproductive territories and merge it to the surrounding ones. It makes business sense.

Yes, people will lose their jobs but that is business.

Re: newsflash

What defines a small territory?

Syringe threshold?

End of S1 or S2?

small minded rep who complains about lost syringe count, changing district lines, how the world is out to get them. Low volume and low market share. Cardio bu sales force will be 80-120 reps top with existing ibhbu existing reps covering the remainder of pcps

Re: newsflash

You folks with small ones know who you are!

and if you don't your manager does.

Inside sales force will be used to do follow up calls on recorded doctor calls in Compass to determine the validity of recorded calls. This has already started in under-performing territories and some interesting patterns have developed. I would start working harder if you have not already begun to do so.

I highly doubt there will be layoffs in the BHBU at the specialty level. Too much time left on Prolia and product pipeline is strong. Now with the the Green team anything is possible Plus the IBU reps overlap with 3-4 BHBU territories and the new Cardio field force will eliminate down sizing. If anything the Green team will go, there are your 150 positions.
