Looks fine from up top. Of course, you in the lower orders don't receive the same bonuses and other benefits we do. Maybe one day, if you perform like a superstar, you'll get a superstar's compensation. Good luck with that.

You know absolutely nothing about the Quest Comp Plan. If you did, you would know that the high achievers (superstars) are the ones who will see their comp slashed and be most unhappy with it. The moderate to poor performers will be more accepting of it but will still make less with Quest than they would've with SLP.

Quest simply does not pay what Solstas was paying. There will be no 12 month payouts and especially not at 10%. Here's some things to consider:

1. You get paid out over a shorter time frame. Better hope the account is fully ramped up when you start it and there aren't any major provider vacations, holidays, etc. during that period.

2. Specialty reps overlay most areas so your OBGYN, Pain Mgmt, Neurology, etc. opportunities will be limited.

3. Territories are defined and limited. No more wild, wild west shark-in-the-water unlimited opportunities.

4. Phlebotomists are hard to get placed and closely scrutinized after they are.

5. Quest has many lowball managed care contracts. You get paid on revenue. Lower reimbursement = lower compensation.

6. More administrative work, more meetings, more conference calls. All this cuts into selling time and selling opportunities.


Most Solstas reps will see severe pay cuts. I mean SEVERE slashes. Quest just doesn't pay that well. Quest is setup to have a glass ceiling on variable comp. It is technically uncapped but all the restrictions and limiters put a cap on it.

You know absolutely nothing about how true winners are compensated. You are lucky to be getting whatever you are getting; those of us who have built careers on owning our performance and adding value at every turn are quite richly rewarded by our great new company.

Tool time is over. You know zero. Did you know Quest reps had a new plan and it's already changing again! They don't pay anything like soldass. Stop with silly "own it" crap. Those days are over and so are you.

SG & CE will make >$200,000.00/year less under the Quest comp plan and restrictions. Minimum. Period. There's no debate. Just ask CE, he's worked for Quest and left it in a blaze of glory. Call him and ask him.

The annoying "oh brother" and "meltdown" and "own it" poster can try to minimize this all they want but every point on this post is exactly correct and the sad reality. There are only a few people who really know what's in store for us and those are the ex-Quest reps. Insignificant is exactly what every single Solstas rep will become.

"Insignificant" is exactly what you always have been and always will be.

The fact is, junior, that for all your "inside knowledge" you are more deluded and more in the dark than most people not even connected with our great new organization.

Your increasingly desperate and whiny meltdowns only underscore your lack of skills, education, maturity, and masculinity. Work on these during your time away from the work force, son. It's not too late to salvage at least something for your kids to build on.
