Hire administrative assistants in Texas to verify expense reports, orser samples, and rebates.

Hire a group of motivated, smart, proven leaders and have them analyze individual markets and work with representatives as needed. It could be 1 day or 1 week.

DM's are no longer needed it is a wasteful position that no longer makes sense.

Impact has replaced them.

Our DM does 2 calls and splits. He always has some event to go to.
Non-work related of course.
Friday call ins are now Thursday nite because . . .

Don't forget they do reviews too. In my district four of us compared reviews: 95%

exact responses in each category for each of us, with different ratings.

My wonderful manager left the field ride at 12:30 on Monday and 12:00 on Tuesday,
all good with me. He had soccer duty with his kids.
During a call- in he had the balls to ask why my last signature on Friday was at 3:45.

They need to be monitored. They are the abusers not the 90% of seasoned mature
rep's who make the $$$$$ for this company.
