So where is our comp plan for 2012? Our fearless leader said on her last national call that they would release one piece of the comp plan each week. Well that was over two weeks ago and nothing yet. Wonder when they will give us reps the middle finger.

so what's the word on sales force stability for 2012. When Novartis purchased Genoptix it was announced all sales reps are secure for 2011, What about 2012?
How many have left in the past few months?
So sad the morale and management is so pitiful here. Never been with a company with soooo many unhappy reps and sooo many that go out on Medical Leave.

Not just sales morale that is poor. Internal morale is poor as well as eveidenced by on-going departures in marketing, CS, IT, etc.

It's been that way for quite a while. How long has B been canceling trips om his whim often at the last minute. Tina and crew don't care and continue to blame sales for the lackluster performance. Def us vs. them.

Agreed,agreed, agreed, agreed...horrible management that destroys team work, try to destroy positive people, unfair and not a reason to come, but a reason to move on. Such a same. I hear mini me is just as bad? Not so mini though.
