What the f was that booth? A spaceship from Close Encounters of the Third Kind? That ugly blue hue inside with all the Eurotrash bumping into each other with iPads?

Some f'ed up!

Soon there will be an email about how great it was. I was there, it wasn't. If they have to tell you something, it's because it didn't happen like they wanted it to. I need the Roseta Stone foreign language collection before I go again. Roche has killed the motivation. The only thing they have on anyone is, We may layoff people. Now there is your motivation.

I think that the people posting above are all the same with some beef. I was there and thought it was fine. Not the very best, but definitely the busiest company, obviously people liked it. Also, was a great place and time to be if you are GNE, good data etc.

As other people have said before, if you don't like it here and hate it so much, then just leave. I am sure you'll find other better places.

Feed this DNA Christian to the lions!

At the B RAF launch they showed the 'blue video' of interviews at the asco booth. Looked like a typical marketing effort in over the top attitude. How much did we waste on that booth?

Oh come on you Gene babies. Past ASCO Genentech booths sucked as well. All of the Genentech CS's walked around the booth with a stick up their asses and never talked to anyone but themselves, let alone any product discussions. It would have been a miracle if any of the CS's actually knew what Avastin was even indicated for at past ASCO's. If 2011 was voted the "worst" booth, then 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 would have to have been voted the "most stuck up" booth. GROW up, we would not be here right now if we had not been bought out by Roche.

Absolutely agree. She's a class act and I'm pretty sure she was not responsible for hiring anyone on that current team. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Doesn't matter if she hired anyone on that team, she still can't manage them. isn't that a crucial part to showing your management skills, managing people wether you hired them or not? Class act? More like a snob!

Anyhow, the brands are tired of financing that worthless GROUP... I'm sure they are next to be cut and good luck to them cause no brands wants any of them and they ARE all interviewing, everyone of them! The only good one got out quick, now CL is a part of a team that will appreciate what he brings to the table and challenge him... well, that's what I heard anyway! We will see an announcement soon

Your completely right, she doesn't know how to manage and only cares for herself... take it from someone who KNOWS her.
