2 weeks notice

If I give my erm 2 weeks notice , will they pay me the 2 weeks ? and most likey not ask me to work

Why would you give notice? At this dysfunctional shithole you can double dip for a year or so before you quit. Just do both jobs and give Ventiv 5 hrs a week, all fake calls. Tale a vacation day from your other job when your Ventiv dimwit DM works with you.

This company regularly fucks reps over so it is great to give it back to these hypocritical hacks when you can.

i had my notice written and had accepted a new job starting in 3 weeks. I hadn't sent the notice to my anal boss yet. Anal boss called me unexpectedly and wanted a work with, by 9AM he was his usual anal asshole self and i couldn't take it any longer and resigned and told him the email was now on its way, He insisted on working with me and even critiqued the calls , what a fucking asshole. He finally got the message when i drove him back to his car a told him to get out. Now after that last final job is finished, I have retired, surviving 40 years, But most were the golden years when reps stood by their companies and companies stood by there reps, No longer true, Ken and Barby. Look elsewhere, pharmaceutical careers aren't what the used to be, dream jobs everyone wanted,

If your new job has training, wait tim training is done so you know you are good to go. If it's out of the industry, I'd do the double dipping thing for as long as I could. Cancel in DM morning of ride along, just keep dodging him/her. F*ck it !

ok i asked the question?? first off I double dipped for 18 months in the past. 1 out of pharma
1 inside.......Problem is my terriorties would mirror each and everybody talks. My new to be teammates are already telling docs that im joining them in a few weeks and I think that some of those docs told my current teammates..................cant do it boys I just want my 2 weeks pay..............................

Here is another question ? new company is willing to pay me bonus money left on table for first quarter(about 5000)...but i need prove of payout, How do I get that?

Well Ken and Barbie are going to age ...then they are going to start screaming age discrimination...right now they don't give a crap...believe they will never age at that these issues will not apply to them...enjoy...if you are 20 you and ten years if you are 30 you are already done...

Regardless of what IC plan you signed, you earned your bonus during the time you worked in Q1. Legally, it is yours. You earned it. Send HR a letter stating that and that you will take legal action to claim what you earned if they disagree, plus costs. Trust me, you will get it.

I wish I had known that when I left a ton of money on the table a few years ago, just to get away from an asshole DM.

Good luck.

Reread the fine print in your IC plan..every plan I have seen states you must be employed by the company to receive your IC payout AT TIME OF PAYOUT .Not just employed during the IC plan tiime period.....

as for 2 weeks , I'd give it after all samples have been squared away, expense report in and just cruise thru those 2 weeks...DM riding along?? Sure! gives you an opportunity to tell your offices about your new exiting job and what a great step up it will be for you..DM should get the hint...what's he/she going to tell you..you need to close better?

This little 'loophole' is exactly why Ventiv delays bonus payments so damned long. Counterparts with MFG get their bonus 3-6 weeks before the contract rep does.

Completely irrelevant. Decent letter from a JD will get you your bonus, no matter when you left. These "need to be an employee" stipulations are not worth shit. In my state, the law is written where it plainly states that state law supercedes any employment agreement that was signed.

Bully for YOUR state. Not all states have the same wording in their employment laws.

Hey Dumb & Dumber - If you leave before the bonus period ends, you don't get the bonus. Not even pro-rated. If you worked through the full bonus period, you get paid. Ventiv doesn't hold that back.
And as for the timeline being longer (1 to 2 weeks - not 6) it is only because of the approval process. Ventiv has to submit the bonus payout to the client for approval and then Ventiv can pay us. That extra step takes time.
I know you guys like playing the victim role but it just ain't so.
