2 weeks notice on inVentiv contract

does anyone have and real world experience with giving 2 weeks notice on an inventiv contract? Not a contract placement, but a placement on an inventiv contract rep team?

I'm curious to find out if inventiv lets you stay in the field for 2 weeks or if they just say leave the day you give notice without paying you. I'd like to give notice and keep things civil but I'm worried they will want the opposite and I lose 2 weeks pay!

A rep gave 2 weeks notice up in MA and was paid for those 2 weeks. She just went ahead and entered a fictional call every day and insured to transfer her samples and stuff at the end of the 2 week period. When you notify your ERM, indicate that you are giving the 2 weeks notice so that you can help him or her insure that everything is closed out properly. Hopefully, your voiced "concern" for the ERM will prevent them from being difficult. Good luck!! Who you going to work for?
 






Why would you give notice? Just double dip for months until they eventually find out and they can you. What is the difference? At least you can milk this corrupt shithole for some easy $. They deserve some of the same shit they give out. Fuck this place.
 






I left inventiv and gave 2 weeks notice. Even moving to another pharma company they wanted me in the field those final 2 weeks. I made a few calls each day but definitely didn't put in a lot of effort. Just go out for a bit and call it a day. You already quit, so they can't fire you.
