2 week notice

The employee handbook says when employees give 2 week notice, it is expected that employee works final 2 weeks. BUT, AT THEIR DISCRETION, they can make the day of notice final day and final pay.

I will be moving companies. I need insurance until my new employment starts. Need to plan exit date based on below information. Does anyone know if Iqvia:
* Pays 2 weeks when you give notice
* Make employees work 2 weeks
* Cuts off day of notice

Thanks.

Dude are you that stupid?? Of course you get paid after you give notice as long as you’re still employed. If you don’t then you can sue them their asses. Why wouldn’t you ‘work’ your last two weeks? They’re not going to track you to se if you’re working dimwit. You just pretend you’re working and bounce when ur two weeks up.
