1st round interviews

I made it to the 1st round interviews, and was told there would be two 1.5 hour interviews with multiple people each. I haven't experienced that in more than 10 years. Sounds like overkill.

If you're looking to join the Long Island team, they will want to make sure you can spend money on Dr's with allocated budget to you. Speaker programs are encouraged and attendees are optional.
