Restructuring is a must. Upper management and BOD have no choice. Commercial sales head count is 160 with productivity of $8M and cash burn of $25M per Q. Its called creating shareholder value. First of all fuck you, second of all the way they were handing out those stock options at the NSM, most of us are investors. Many bought stock when we signed up for the opportunity of a lifetime. I hope you're losing your ass, douchebag.
 






We could certainly reduce headcount on the management team. We do not need 3 RBDs-- we could easily get by with 2. And some managers have teams of 6 or 7 since they haven't backfilled open territories. I don't think we need that many DSMs. One DSM could manage 2 districts.

However, at this point, we may be beyond repair.
