So the numbers are in....CT you and your gang of TO idiots have bamboozled us with the worst comp plan known to mankind. Hey at least the asian invasion will make some money. Good selling folks...

Dear home office turd,
The reports don't lie...if you have over 75% of reps making less than target bonus that is not a good comp plan. We barely made Q1 goal of 50 per rep...Q2 looks like we will finish around 90% to goal for 100 syringes if we get lucky. Now before you respond remember it's better to be silent and be thought an idiot than open your mouth and prove it. (just for clarification sake, I have been ranked in the coveted top 50 each and every month and I think it's a bush league plan...so please no comments about how I can't sell)
 












Any plan that bases a bonus on the same metrix for everyone in the country is assanine! Everyone in this business knows that incentive bonuses should be based on past sales increases and market increases. And there should be a dollar amount set for the bonus and ALL of that money paid out through percentages to the entire sales force. I have never worked for a company that couldn't calculate their way out of a box and only know how to make everyone want to leave. The job is stressful enough. Pay the people to keep going!

I have a feeling that if they screw this comp plan up, around the turn of the year MORE people will bolt as what happened earlier in the year. For this company to keep people and have somewhat of control, they will have to have a plan to pony up to the salesforce, because as we ALL know not all territories are EQUAL. This doulble double toil and trouble mgmt. style gets old fast!!!! Still we have WAY TOO MANY MANAGERS .
