Drug has been an absolute disaster and with good reason. CMS cannot ease up on the restrictions, where inevitably we will see more side effects and no true patient improvement. Biogen doesn't want a clinical study, not simply because of the cost, they know there will be no improvement over placebo. It really is that simple.
When CMS announces there will still be a required clinical trial, Biogen has already stated they will not move forward clearly showing they really don't believe in the drug.
Monday, April 11th should be the last work day for Adu.

Guess we can't ask where the publication is. Just like everything with this company, it is bad and a sordof complete. We got approval (sordof but not in reality if CMS stays course and in only one market. multiple rejections). We published the study (9 months later in a crappy journal probably without substantive peer review. But look the title says we prevent Alz Disease).

How is Michel still employed? Ginger? Alisha? Mendham Manor Man? Maha? Minita? Rachid? Everyone listed as "leadership"? How do they still get paid?

As long as you have the losers making loser decisions, the losing will continue. Tick Tock.

It was critically important that we offer biosims for health equity and to bring down aggregate spending so as to create space for innovator pricing. Ha. Got the space, biosims, and the pricing wrong perhaps. Oops.

I think the digital department is just meant to replace the talking heads. Insert a vocabulary of about 200 words and it randomly spits them out in a meaningless series of sentences. Then Michel gets paid 5M more per year for each EVP replaced.

It is impossible to think CMS will lower themselves and cut Biogen slack. At this point, it would be the wrong thing to do and make CMS look weak and foolish. There is nothing wrong with stating the data is not there and we need to see a clinical trial. Those that don't agree were certain individuals in Congress that probably never even looked at the data, or lack thereof.

It is impossible to think this crap was approved by the fda. Even as accelerated. Yet here we are. Hopefully, cms does the right thing and corrects the madness. Maybe it isnt cms traditional role but michel overplayed his hand and tried to cheat and then soak the system. So no empathy for the systems response to his entitlement and brazen play.

Just another embarrassed ex Biogen employee. Company is an unethical unscientific unlikeable indefensible shxxshow at this point. Needs to come to terms with its deserved implosion.

You are so right. I think a lot of execs like Michel and Deb think they have it in the bag and CMS is going to loosen things up. I hope they are dead wrong. This needs to end.
